Finding a “fit” is what it’s all about. There are numerous talented and dedicated lawyers and wonderful challenging places to work. But as we all know, not every job is right for everyone and everyone is not right for every job. It takes a professional to know the difference. Steele & Associates is just that professional. Steele & Associates has a reputation for being one of the best in its field. We know the players and the field - and we know them well. How you ask? Because recruiting is more than just another deal to us. It’s about taking the time to know your profession, getting to know who’s doing what and staying on top of the latest in compensation, benefits and trends. It’s having the dedication and respect for what you do and the people you do it for. That’s how Steele & Associates does it and that’s what sets us apart from the rest. Steele & Associates is well connected in the legal community having served it for over twenty years. We’ve been on the inside of a law firm and know the dynamics of what it takes to run a law firm. We’ve been to the law schools, run the summer programs, hired the laterals and legal assistants, marketed the firm, dealt with the human resource issues, and developed new associate training programs. We’ve been there, done that and now we want to use that expertise and put it to work for you. Steele & Associates brings a depth and breadth of expertise that few legal search firms possess.
